A dirty car binds moisture and contaminants and therefore rusts easier than a car that is kept clean. Consequently, it is important to wash the car regularly.

A hand car wash is in most cases the gentlest way to wash the car which also ensures that all surfaces are clean. We use a sponge and a pressure washer and adapt the chemicals to the needs of the car. By default, we use a mild car shampoo. If necessary, we use primarily alkaline degreasing. A petroleum-based degreaser is used if there is tar on the car.
